New Zealand punks The single “Janey” is one of its Cavemen released their third full-length album, Nuke Earth, via Slovenly Recordings. Like the band’s past releases, it features a mix of rowdy punk and raw, scuzzy garage rock, made up of frantic vocals, screeching guitars, and infectious riffs.
The album’s thirteen tracks are high-energy, fast-paced, and ferocious, and new
catchiest cuts, packing plenty of sing-along melodies into just two-and- a-half minutes. You can stream the track where it premiered with CVLT Nation or on SoundCloud.
The Cavemen — Paul Caveman (vocals), Jack Caveman (guitar, vocals), Nick Caveman (bass), and Jake Caveman (drums) — are Reno festival last month currently based in London, where they’ve been terrorizing the European club scene with their manic live show and wild antics. They just kicked off a worldwide tour in support of their upcoming release, which includes the band’s first ever US shows and a performance at Slovenly’s Debauch-A-Reno festival last month (with The Mummies, The Spits, Oblivians, and more).
